RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

Returns on quote merchandise (mugs, totebags, prints) can only be made within 2 days of purchase. After that, we unfortunately will not be able to offer full returns as the products may already be ordered and/or shipped. Once the product is shipped, we are unable to offer a full return on it.

Returns on chibi merchandise (keychains, buttons, stickers, magnets and prints) can be made within 5 days of its arrival, so long as the product is in good quality upon return. We are not responsible for covering any shipping costs when the item is returned, and the shipping cost to send it is non refundable. We will however, refund your purchase of the actual product if the above requirements are met. Once the product is returned to us, then you will be given a refund.

Partial returns on product packs (i.e. keychain pack, button pack, etc) where 3 (or more) of an item is offered at a discounted rate, can not be returned due to the reduced cost. They can however be exchanged, so please check the next section for more details on returning items.

There will be no returns offered on custom orders.
EXCHANGES

Exchanges on quote merchandise (mugs, totebags, prints) can only be made within 2 days of purchase. After that, we will unfortuantely not be able to offer exchanges as the products may already be ordered and/or shipping.

Chibi merchandise (keychains, buttons, stickers, magnets and prints) can be exchanged within 5 days of it's arrival, contingent on the fact that the product is i good quality upon return. We are not responsible for any shipping costs when the item is returned for exchange, and the shipping cost to send it is non refundable.

Partial exchanges on product packs for chibi merchandise is permitted, so long as the above requirements are met.

There will be no exchanges offered on custom orders.
