THE FAQ

Q: What is this shop? 
A: This shop is an initiative to promote fandom positivity! We have merchandise from many different fandoms, all original! 75% of profits of sales will be donated to various charities to show that when we come together, great things can happen!

Q: Who runs this shop? 

A: This shop is run by 2 people: Deej and Koby! We are responsible for all product designs. Deej primarily does the quote designs, and Koby does the chibis. 

​

Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
A: It takes approximately 2-3 weeks to mail out your order! 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We ship all over the world! Most of our products have the shipping price included in the cost!

Q: Do you take custom orders?  
A: Yes we do! For the quote art, we take custom orders for all fandoms! If it is a fandom we are not familiar with, then we may ask you to provide us with quotes to help the process! Chibi custom orders will be done on a case by case basis as we cannot always promise that we can take all requests. Depending on the custom order, there may be a charge for it. This is something you can contact us about and we can discuss it in further detail!

Q: Can I order merchandise that is not listed? 
A: It depends on the merch! We can occasionally do apparel, notebooks, etc but this is something that you will need to contact us about to let you know if it is doable!

 

Q: Are all sales final? 
A: Sales are final! If you would like to exchange any of the merch, you can however we will not be able to cover shipping costs!

 

Q: What if an item is broken when it arrives?  
A: This is rare, but it has happened once or twice! In the event that this is the case, we will ask that you provide us with a picture of the damaged item and we will send you another at no cost!

Q: Do orders come with tracking? 
A: Tracking is not included in the price! To include tracking is a bit expensive and we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible! If you would like tracking with your order, you can contact us and we will arrange it for you at the added cost!

Q: What if my order gets lost in the mail? 
A: Unfortunately, this can happen and in the event that it does, we will investigate and if it is indeed lost, send your order again at no additional cost!

Q: Do I have to pay customs fees?
A: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any additional custom fees as this is selective to the country it is being sent to! Typically, our orders do not require any customs fees when they are sent to you however this is not something that we have any control over!
